Many dental wholesalers and orthodontic distributors would like to new design own feature ultrasonic pod. But they don't know what is the process to make unique requirement ultrasonic pod. Because design a new ultrasonic power for retainer, dentures, not only customizing the new ABS housing( a different looking ultrasonic pod) ,but also customize a own cleaning function and programming. So which specification data is available for customization? Below are sharing the regular cleaning function and programming are available for customization:
- Ultrasonic power customization: We can customize any ultrasonic power for your retainer pod, such as 24w,28w,36w...
- Cleaning or UV timer customization: We can customize any timer for ultrasonic cleaning and for uvc sterilization timer, such as 3min, 5min. or 15min,20min...
- Function customization: We can customize if the dental pod with uvc sterilization, if the aligner pod with heater power, if the retainer ultrasonic pod with ozone sterilization function.
- Programming customization: We can add no water protection function, or overheat protection function. For how long time you want the utrasonic aligner pod continously working ?
- Different external of retainer pod looking customization: We can cooperate with 3D drawing and designing company to make brand new plastic mould for your retainer pod.

- Firstly, we listen to customer about their requirements on ultrasonic pod. We will set ultrasonic cleaner pcb function and programming by customer’s requirements.
- When new pcb(As per customer’s requirement) finished and ready, we will assemble it into a ABS housing to test cleaning power and function.
3. We will test working situation: 1.1 When tank is without water, to watch its no water protection; 1.2 With little water, what is the cleaning power? How the water vibration in the tank; 1.3 Water in half tank, to watch its vibration and cleaning effect by putting dirty aligner, als listen the noise when working;1.4. Water to maxline of tank, To watch cleaning effect, to see the cleaning power, and to see
cleaning effect by dirty aligner, also test different poisition of the tank vibration situation. 1.5. To use different tank , not only thickness different, height different,but also tank brand different (such as 0.5mm thick, 0.6mm thick, 0.8mm thick, different brand of tank ) to test one by one. We will see if any cleaning effect different by different tank and different tank brand,
To choose the best suitable one.
1.6. To check its output power and currency.
1.7. We will adjust programming again during all kinds of testings, and use the best effect programming.
4. When all function and programmings are confirmed well, we make new pcb to assemble to new ABS housing. Make a brand new design ultrasonic pod sample.
5. We send new sample to customer. If customer all good.6. We start small order production, such as 100-200pieces 7. After small batch production finished (like 200pieces) , our engineer will take 10-15 units ultrasonic cleaner pod to test every day frequently . 8. We will make life span testing for our new designing ultrasonic pod:8.1 Our engineer will start ultrasonic cleaner to ultrasonic cleaning every day when we start work at 8:30am,
They will set the aging test procedure, so ultrasonic retainer pod can be auto be off when it activate overheat protecion, when the retainer pod wait 15minuest, let the pcb cool enough, will automatical start ultrasonic cleaning again.By this way, let ultrasonic cleaner pods continuously working (Every 20-30minutes work a cycle, then activate overheat protection. After 15minutes, it start again automatically ).
8.2. Our engineer let the ultrasonic pod continously work from 8:30am to 6:00 om, the retainer power continously work 8 hours per day. We will continuously test the dental pod every day to see how long will our ultrasonic cleaner will be failure...
8.3. By months' testing, our new designing ultrasonic pod work about 4-8 months if let it continously working 8 hours per day. Until our ultrasonic pod continously work minmum up to 4 months(8 hours per day), then the new ultrasonic pod meet the lifespan requirement .
